Studio Concierge / Front Desk Associate Responsibilities

Front desk operations (Booking appointments, welcoming guests, studio tours)
Front desk operations (Membership and gift card sales)
Exceptional customer service (Implementation of our guest experience cycle; goal is to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing customer relationship management)
Point-of-sale system (customer check-in/out, appointment confirmation calls)
Studio maintenance (opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties)
Party-room preparation for events
Retail sales

Studio Concierge / Front Desk Associate Requirements

Excellent communication; both written and verbal
Friendly and professional demeanor
Team player within a team environment
