About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Frenchies of Woodbury as a Nail Salon Manager! In this exciting position, you will lead a passionate group of nail technicians to deliver exceptional services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations and manage staff schedules.
Ensure high-quality nail services and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor nail technicians on techniques and customer service.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Valid cosmetology or Nail Technician license in Minnesota.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a passion for the beauty industry.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
