Role Overview

The Studio Manager plays a hands-on leadership role in daily operations, guest services, team leadership, and studio management. You’ll lead a small team, manage scheduling, handle inventory, drive membership growth, and occasionally assist with concierge/front desk duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Guest Experience: Lead daily huddles, inspire your team, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain a positive salon culture.
Operations Management: Manage scheduling, inventory, studio supplies, and maintenance.
Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and supporting specialists and concierges.
Marketing Support: Assist with local marketing efforts, membership sales, and community outreach events.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations; manage reporting and fiscal accountability.
Working Manager: Jump in where needed — greeting guests, assisting concierge/front desk, and helping with day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous leadership experience in customer service or retail environments
Outstanding communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong commitment to health, safety, and service excellence

Preferred:

2+ years management experience (beauty, salon, or spa industry a plus!)
Passion for the beauty, wellness, or service industries

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
