- Support Santa Barbara remotely with calls, bookings, and member services.
- Train and mentor new Concierge staff.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Frenchies guest service cycle.
- Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
- Answer phones, return voicemails, and follow up with leads.
- Check abandoned carts, TrueLark messages, and Zenoti leads.
- Optimize schedules by stacking appointments and adjusting breaks/lunches.
- Reach out to dormant and new guests to drive bookings.
- Manage memberships: sign up, cancel, freeze, unfreeze, and update records.
- Post daily openings on Instagram Stories and message leads.
- Call B2B contacts and follow up systematically.
- Meet with the Studio Manager to review Inside Sales metrics.
