Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our New Braunfels Nail studio. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. The Studio Manager will serve as the central leader of the studio, driving performance, supporting team development, and ensuring every guest leaves with an exceptional Frenchies experience.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Leadership: Oversee daily operations, set the tone for culture and accountability, and ensure team alignment with studio goals.
Team Development: Coach and support team members, lead meetings and huddles, assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
Guest Experience Oversight: Handle guest escalations, review guest feedback, and ensure service standards and cleanliness are consistently exceeded. Leader and a key player in the implementation of our Guest Experience Cycle. The goal is to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing guest relationship management.
Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, payroll reviews, cash deposits, supply orders, membership tracking, and other key administrative functions. Accountable for efficient and effective day-to-day operations that achieve service standards and fiscal outcomes. This starts with leading Daily Huddles and includes assisting with the development of policies and procedures to accomplish these standards.
Business Growth: Review performance data, set and communicate goals, and drive strategies to grow revenue, utilization, memberships, and guest retention.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive leader who adapts quickly, solves problems, and leads by example.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
2+ years of management experience preferred (hospitality, wellness, salon/spa, or retail).
2+ years of beauty industry experience with knowledge of booking and scheduling systems preferred.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
