Frenchies Franklin is hiring the person who walks in and makes everyone feel like the party just got better.

We're not looking for a receptionist. We're looking for someone with main-character energy who happens to love making other people feel like the main character too.

If you're the friend who remembers everyone's order, throws the best get-togethers, makes strangers feel like old friends within five minutes, and genuinely lights up a room just by being in it — we want to talk to you. Your job title will be Concierge. Your actual job is being unforgettable.

What you'll be doing:

Turning "just checking in" into a moment guests talk about later
Running the front of house — phones, bookings, flow — with warmth and zero stress showing
Noticing the small stuff (a name, a preference, a bad day) and doing something about it
Keeping the energy high and the vibe welcoming, all day, every day
Making Frenchies feel less like a nail salon and more like a place people are excited to walk into

We pride ourselves on superior cleanliness, and don’t do acrylic nails or use jetted tubs—both possible health hazards. Frenchies takes clean to the next level by using sanitation and sterilization techniques that go beyond industry standards and regulations to guarantee a clean, fresh, comfortable guest experience that’s also kind to the environment
